Abruzzo Real Estate is the brainchild of Fabrizio Lucci, founder and tour guide of Italia Sweet Italia, a tour operator specialized in authentic cultural, active and culinary tours with decades of experience in trips to Abruzzo, Italy.

Abruzzo is an area full of excellent attractions: the ideal place to live thanks to a high quality of life, stunning landscapes, sustainable living, and cultural history. This beautiful region offers a wide range of food and wine and it’s a perfect combination of sea, mountains, medieval villages and castles.

In recent years, more and more travelers participating in our authentic tours fell in love with Abruzzo and asked Fabrizio about the real estate market and homes for sale.
